Our foundation is rooted in students' experiences at the intersection of education, sport, race, and gender. To maintain authenticity, we rely on practitioners to provide programming through our exploratory curriculum, which stimulates intellectual, cultural, and social justice curiosities.
Our core values begin with self-learning and self-loving for healing. We create space through exploratory courses where learners experience a sense of belonging and self-awareness while exploring a range of relevant topics offered at a time that finally fits their schedule.
Led by our Student-Athlete Advisory Council, we advocate for change and acknowledgment of current conditions and unrealized expectations impacting teens and their communities where sport happens.
Exploration is the first stage to create knowledge that involves gathering information through various means, such as observation, experimentation, and analysis. Knowledge creation is essential for the emergence of new ideas, and occurs through interactions, and reflection.
